We point your web address across without touching your email, put the redirects in so your Google listings still land, and hand you every login. Then the monthly support in your quote keeps it looked after.

How much does a web designer cost in Adelaide?
With us, every build is quoted, because the price depends on what your site has to do. You tell us what you need, and you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, with the monthly support it needs set out beside it. What you should check in any quote is what happens after launch, because that is where the real difference usually hides. Is this the same as your Launch Package?
No, and the difference is who it is for rather than what is in it. The Launch Package is for a business that is not properly online yet: $2,997 to build and $249 a month, with the web address, a logo, a business number and the monthly looking-after in it, because those all have to exist before a website is any use. If you are already trading and already have those, you would be paying for things you have. This page is the website on its own.
We already have a website. Is a rebuild cheaper?
It is quoted the same way as a new build, because a rebuild is not less work. You gain your existing content, but we inherit mapping every old address so your Google listings still land, moving a live domain without breaking your email, and a site that people already have opinions about. The same promises come with it, and you also get a redirect map, so what you already rank for keeps working.
How many pages do I actually need?
Fewer than you think, and if you have an existing site the number is usually smaller than what you have now. Six covers most trades and service businesses: a home page, a page for each real service, an about, and a contact. Pages exist to answer a question someone is actually asking or to rank for something someone is actually searching. A page that does neither makes the site harder to read and costs you money.
Do your promises apply to a quoted build?
Yes, all three, and they are written into your quote before you accept it. The pages in your quote are live within 48 hours once your content and any access we need are in, or we refund your first payment. Anything your quote gives its own date, like bookings, logins, payments or links to your software, is delivered by that date. You have 7 days after going live to change your mind and get your first payment back. And if your build comes with a monthly plan that hosts it, you get a full year to see results: stay on the plan for the first year, then, for any reason, ask in the 7 days after it and we refund every payment for your website and its plan. Your website then comes down.
What if I need bookings, logins or an online shop?
We build those, and there is a page showing what we have actually built and run (mplaunch.com.au/custom-builds). They are real software rather than another page, so they cost something to look after every month too. Your quote sets that out beside the build, so it does not come up for the first time in month three.
