No. MP Launch is for new and growing service businesses. It is especially useful if you are already operating from Facebook, Instagram, Gmail or an old DIY website and want the online setup handled properly.
Domain, professional business email on your own domain, a mobile-friendly website with the right number of pages for your package, a lead form that sends enquiries directly to your inbox, and a clear handover pack with every login and instruction in plain English. Everything in your name, under your ownership.
On Essentials and Plus, once your payment, onboarding form, files and required access are complete, we deliver within 48 hours — or your launch is free: we still build and launch your site, refund your launch fee in full, and you keep everything, with your Care plan continuing as normal (first 2 months included, then your monthly rate from Month 3). Signature Launch is a bigger, cinematic build — it's crafted and delivered within 5 business days, so the 48-hour guarantee doesn't apply to it. Google verification, client delays and third-party approval delays are outside the build window.
You see your site before it goes live and get a full revision round included — we don't launch until you've approved it. Still not happy with your new site? Tell us within 7 days of going live and you get 100% of your money back. If you take the refund, we decommission the launch — the website comes down and hosting, email licences and the included Care plan end. It's once per business, and it never limits your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Yes. The domain is registered in your business name. The email tenant is created under your business. The website can be exported and handed to you any time. If you ever leave, we transfer everything cleanly within 14 days — no lock-in, no drama.
No. MP Launch sets up the online foundations so customers can find, trust and contact you. We do not guarantee Google rankings, ad results or a specific number of leads.
Yes — that's most of the businesses we launch. Plenty of good operators run on a Facebook page, a couple of signs and word of mouth. We build the part that's missing: somewhere you own, that shows up when someone searches your trade and your suburb, and that takes an enquiry while you're on the tools. If you already have a domain or email, we keep them.
When we have everything we need — your onboarding form completed, your content and photos, and any access we've asked for. It doesn't start the moment you order, because we can't build a site we don't have the details for yet. Once it starts, Essentials and Plus are delivered inside 48 hours. Signature is a bigger cinematic build and takes 5 business days.
Your Care plan simply continues at its monthly rate, and you can cancel any time — there's no lock-in and no minimum term. We tell you before the first payment comes out, so nothing is a surprise. Care is what keeps your site hosted, secure, backed up and supported. The plans and rates are on the pricing page.
Yes — that's now part of how we do SEO. Every MP Launch website is built AI-readable, so AI assistants can crawl it and quote your prices, services and the areas you cover. Our Local SEO + AI Visibility plan ($1,190/month) then tracks whether AI tools actually name your business when customers ask for a recommendation, and keeps your content fresh so they keep naming you.
On Plus and Signature launches, yes — your Google Business Profile is set up (or tuned up, if you already have one) after launch as part of the package. Google still requires you, the business owner, to verify the profile. Essentials doesn't include it. Ongoing profile management — posts, reviews and keeping it ranking — is part of our Local SEO + AI Visibility service ($1,190/month).
No. Your handover pack includes a simple guide to choosing invoicing or quoting software for your business, but MP Launch does not set up accounting, invoicing or bookkeeping software as part of the standard launch.
A web designer usually builds a website. MP Launch sets up the core online foundations together: domain, professional email, website, lead form, handover and your first 2 months of Care, included. Fixed price, fast delivery, no back-and-forth.
Every launch includes your first 2 months of Care, included. There are three Care plans. Care is $199/month and is the plan matched to both Essentials Launch and Plus Launch — managed hosting, SSL, security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, your domain and Microsoft 365 kept active, your lead form kept running, an instant SMS the second an enquiry lands, your enquiries in the MP Launch portal, 5 small website edits a month, priority support, a yearly refresh day and a monthly health check. Care Concierge is $329/month (matched to Signature) and adds Microsoft 365 Business Standard with desktop Office, 10 edits a month, top-priority support, 2 refresh days a year and an Annual Redesign. Keep-It-Live is $99/month if you would rather a simple keep-alive — hosting, SSL, backups, uptime, domain and one mailbox kept active with your lead form still running, but no monthly edits, no lead-alert SMS and no enquiries view in the portal (you still get the portal login and the live performance view). From month 3 your plan continues at its monthly rate — we remind you first, you can step down or cancel anytime.
Care is a maintenance plan, not an agency retainer. It does not include ongoing SEO or rankings work, Google Ads or marketing campaigns, or ongoing Google Business Profile management. A like-for-like Annual Redesign is included on Care Concierge, and refresh days may add a bounded number of pages, but new functionality, rebrands and major redesigns remain quoted as Growth work. Care keeps what you've got working beautifully — growing your traffic, rankings and leads is what our Growth services do.
Yes. Step up at any time and it takes effect immediately and is prorated. Step down takes effect at your next renewal and requires a 3-month minimum on the higher tier first. You can cancel anytime. The Annual Redesign unlocks after 6 continuous months on the tier.
No problem. We connect your existing domain instead of registering a new one. If you have an existing website you want replaced, just let us know in the onboarding form and we will handle the migration.
Not at all. We are Adelaide-based but work with Australian service businesses Australia-wide. Everything is delivered remotely.
