What does the 48-hour guarantee mean?

Once your payment, onboarding form, files and required access are complete, we deliver within 48 hours or you get a 100% refund. Google verification, client delays and third-party approval delays are outside the 48-hour build window.

Question 4

Do I own my domain, email and website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The domain is registered in your business name. The email tenant is created under your business. The website can be exported and handed to you any time. If you ever leave, we transfer everything cleanly within 14 days — no lock-in, no drama.

Do you guarantee Google rankings or leads?

Accepted Answer

No. MP Launch sets up the online foundations so customers can find, trust and contact you. We do not guarantee Google rankings, ad results or a specific number of leads.

Do you set up my Google Business Profile?

No — Google requires the profile to be created and verified by the business owner directly. We cannot do this on your behalf. Your handover pack includes a clear step-by-step guide so you can set it up yourself after launch.

Do you set up Xero, invoicing or accounting software?

Accepted Answer

No. Your handover pack includes a simple guide to choosing invoicing or quoting software for your business, but MP Launch does not set up accounting, invoicing or bookkeeping software as part of the standard launch.

Why not just use a web designer?

Accepted Answer

A web designer usually builds a website. MP Launch sets up the core online foundations together: domain, professional email, website, lead form, handover and 12 months of Care. Fixed price, done in 48 hours, no back-and-forth.

Question 9

What does Care Plan not include?

Accepted Answer

Care is not an agency retainer. It does not include Google Ads management, social media posting, Google Posts, review management or SEO campaigns. It keeps your technical setup maintained and gives you support based on your plan level.

Can I upgrade my Care Plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Step up at any time and it takes effect immediately. Step down and it applies from the next billing cycle. You can cancel after Year 1 with 14 days' notice.

Question 11

What if I already have a domain or existing website?

Accepted Answer

No problem. We connect your existing domain instead of registering a new one. If you have an existing website you want replaced, just let us know in the onboarding form and we will handle the migration.

I am in a regional area or not in Adelaide — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. We are Adelaide-based but work with Australian service businesses Australia-wide. Everything is delivered remotely.
