No. MP Launch is for new and growing service businesses. It is especially useful if you are already operating from Facebook, Instagram, Gmail or an old DIY website and want the online setup handled properly.
With the Launch Package: a 6-page website, your domain registered in your name (or we use the one you already own), a logo, an enquiry form that texts you the second it is filled in, a managed business number for your website, and a Google Business Profile tidy-up after launch. Then we look after it every month. Business email on your own domain is an optional extra. See the Launch Package
The Launch Package is $2,997 to build and $249 a month to look after it, and you can cancel the monthly plan any time. Business email with Microsoft Office is an optional $30 a month per mailbox, and extra pages are $280 each. A website on its own, for a business that is already trading, is quoted: a fixed price in writing, with the monthly support it needs, before any work starts. See all pricing

Once your questionnaire, your content and any access we need are in, your Launch Package website is live within 48 hours. If we miss it, we still build and launch your site and we refund your first payment. Google verification, delays on your side and third-party approval delays are outside the build window.
When we have everything we need — your onboarding form completed, your content and photos, and any access we've asked for. It doesn't start the moment you order, because we can't build a site we don't have the details for yet. Once it starts, your site is delivered inside 48 hours.
You see your site before it goes live and get a full round of changes included. Still not happy with your new site? On the Launch Package, tell us within 7 days of going live and your first payment is refunded. The website then comes down. It's once per business, and it never limits your Australian Consumer Law rights.
It is offered case by case, after we have looked at your business, and agreed in writing before you pay. Your number is worked out from your own average job value, and agreed with you in writing before you pay. We count genuine enquiries: a website form, a call of a minute or more to your business number, or a missed caller who replies to our text about a job. Not spam, tests, repeats within 14 days, suppliers, job applicants or wrong numbers. You stay on the monthly plan for the full 12 months. If your website records fewer genuine enquiries than your number, you get back what your written agreement says. It is a promise about enquiries, never about sales, revenue or rankings.
Your domain is registered in your name from day one and is always yours, and so is any email address on it. Your words, your photos and your logo are always yours too. What happens with the website itself is set out in your agreement, in plain words, before you sign.
Yes. You can cancel the monthly plan any time, and it runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
We keep looking after it: hosting, security updates, daily backups, your domain renewal, every enquiry texted to your phone and up to an hour of changes each month. You can cancel the monthly plan any time — there's no lock-in and no minimum term.
It is a looking-after plan, not an agency retainer. It does not include ongoing SEO or rankings work, Google Ads or marketing campaigns, or ongoing Google Business Profile management. Not in the package price. Business email is the one optional extra: $30 a month per mailbox, which is email on your own domain plus Word, Excel and Outlook on your computer, set up for you. Add it when you sign up, or ask us later.
No. It is a number, not an answering service. It goes on your website and rings your own mobile. If you miss a call, we text the caller back in your business name and pass you their reply. Calls are never recorded.
No. MP Launch sets up the online foundations so customers can find, trust and contact you. We do not guarantee Google rankings, ad results or a specific number of leads. The 12-month promise on the Launch Package is a different thing: where we have offered it to you, we agree a number of genuine enquiries in writing, and what you get back if your website records fewer. It is what happens if that number is missed, not a promise that it will be reached. Nothing in this guarantee limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Yes — that's most of the businesses we launch. Plenty of good operators run on a Facebook page, a couple of signs and word of mouth. We build the part that's missing: a proper website that shows up when someone searches your trade and your suburb, and that takes an enquiry while you're on the tools. If you already have a domain or email, we keep them.
No problem. We connect your existing domain instead of registering a new one. If you have an existing website you want replaced, just let us know in the onboarding form and we will handle the migration. How a website redesign works

Yes — that's now part of how we do SEO. Every MP Launch website is built AI-readable, so AI assistants can crawl it and quote your prices, services and the areas you cover. Our Local SEO + AI Visibility plan ($1,190/month) then tracks whether AI tools actually name your business when customers ask for a recommendation, and keeps your content fresh so they keep naming you.
You create your own Google Business Profile — if you don't have one yet, we'll give you simple instructions, and Google will ask you to verify it (usually a quick video), which only you can do. Once it's live, add hello@mplaunch.com.au as a manager and, on the Launch Package, we run a one-off pass after launch to line up your categories, services, hours and photos with your new site so you're found properly. Ongoing profile management — posts, reviews and keeping it ranking — is part of our Local SEO + AI Visibility service ($1,190/month).
No. MP Launch does not set up accounting, invoicing or bookkeeping software.
A web designer usually builds a website and hands it over. The Launch Package builds it, registers your domain, puts an enquiry form and a business number on it, and then keeps it hosted, backed up and updated every month. If you only want the website itself, we do that too. See web design
Not at all. We are Adelaide-based but work with Australian service businesses Australia-wide. Everything is delivered remotely.
