About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the MP Launch website. The full Service Agreement governs any work we complete for you, and you accept it when you complete onboarding. By using this website and purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
MP Launch is operated by PRJ Automations Pty Ltd (ABN 13 693 352 135), based in Adelaide, South Australia. When we say "we", "us" or "MP Launch", we mean PRJ Automations Pty Ltd.
Services
MP Launch provides website setup, domain registration, business email setup, lead capture systems, and related digital services for Australian small businesses. The specific scope of work for your project is defined by the package you purchase and confirmed in our onboarding process.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Package scope
Your package scope is defined by the package you purchase, the inclusions shown on our website at the time of purchase, and the Service Agreement you accept at onboarding. If there is any inconsistency, your package inclusions and the Service Agreement take priority for that project.
48-hour delivery promise
Our 48-hour delivery window starts once:
- Your payment has been received.
- Your onboarding form has been submitted with all required information.
- Any required access (e.g. existing domain credentials) has been provided.
Third-party verification delays (Google Business Profile, Microsoft, domain registrars) are outside our control and excluded from the 48-hour window.
The 48-hour delivery promise applies to the Essentials Launch and Plus Launch packages. The Signature Launch is delivered within 5 business days and is not covered by the 48-hour delivery promise.
7-day money-back guarantee
Separate to the delivery promise above, every launch package is covered by a satisfaction guarantee: if you are not happy with your new website, tell us within 7 days of it going live (the date of your handover email) and we will refund 100% of your launch package price, including any deposit, to your original payment method.
When a launch is refunded under this guarantee, it is decommissioned: the website is taken down, hosting ends, business email licences are cancelled and the included Care Plan ends. The guarantee applies once per business and does not cover separately purchased add-ons or Growth services already performed. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in this guarantee limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Ownership
Assets we create for you (domain, email, website) are set up in your name and belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, brand, or business assets. If you cancel your Care Plan or end our working relationship, we will provide a clean handover of all assets within 14 days.
Client delays and missing information
Our delivery timelines depend on you providing accurate information, content, approvals and required access on time. If information, content, approvals or access are missing, incomplete or delayed, our delivery timelines are paused until the issue is resolved.
Review and revision process
Before final launch, you will have the opportunity to review the website and request reasonable changes within your selected package scope. Each launch includes 1 major revision round before go-live — tell us what to fix and we will action it before publishing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reasonable changes may include text corrections, image swaps, service detail corrections, minor layout adjustments and fixing errors.
Revisions do not include a full redesign, a change of business direction, new pages outside your package, custom integrations, booking systems, SEO campaigns, ads management or other work outside the agreed scope.
Launch approval
Once the website has been delivered for review and the revision round has been completed, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the launch. Delays in feedback or approval may delay final publication and do not count against our delivery timeframe.
Care Plans
There are three Care Plans: Keep-It-Live ($99/month), Care ($199/month) and Care Concierge ($329/month). Each launch package is matched to one plan — Essentials Launch to Keep-It-Live, Plus Launch to Care, and Signature Launch to Care Concierge.
Every launch includes the first 2 months of Care, included at no extra charge. During those 2 included months, Essentials and Plus clients receive Care-level ($199) service and Signature clients receive Care Concierge ($329) service. From Month 3, your Care Plan continues automatically on a rolling monthly basis at your matched rate — Essentials at $99 (Keep-It-Live), Plus at $199 (Care) and Signature at $329 (Care Concierge) — charged to your saved card unless you cancel. Essentials and Plus clients can choose to keep the higher level of service they tried.
Care Plan rules
- Unused monthly edits and support time do not roll over.
- Work outside the included monthly time is quoted before we start.
- New functionality, rebrands and major redesigns are not included and are quoted separately as Growth services. On Care Concierge, a like-for-like Annual Redesign of your existing site is included once every 12 months (after 6 continuous months on the plan), and refresh days may add a bounded number of new pages.
- Domain renewals, hosting and Microsoft 365 support only continue while the Care Plan is active.
- Your first 2 months of Care are included with your launch package.
- From Month 3, you can continue, upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal and requires 3 months on the higher plan first.
- The managed phone number (Care and Care Concierge) and the Annual Redesign (Care Concierge) are set up after a qualifying period on the plan — 90 days for the phone number and 6 months for the Annual Redesign. The phone number ports out to you on request.
- Client must provide any content, images, pricing, service changes or approvals needed for updates.
- Care Plans do not guarantee Google rankings or lead volume.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). MP Launch is currently not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices. We may change our prices at any time, but existing Care Plan subscribers will receive 14 days' notice of any price changes.
When you purchase a launch package, your payment card is stored securely on file. A Care Plan subscription is created at go-live with the first 2 months included in your package, so your card is not charged for those 2 months. From Month 3, your stored card is automatically charged the monthly rate of the Care plan matching your package — Keep-It-Live at $99 per month (Essentials Launch), Care at $199 per month (Plus Launch) or Care Concierge at $329 per month (Signature Launch) — unless you have cancelled. You will receive a reminder around Day 50, before your first charge, naming your plan, your monthly amount and your first charge date, and you can cancel at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in the onboarding form.
- Provide any required access or credentials in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have the rights to use any content, logos, or images you provide.
- Respond to our requests within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Tools and technology
We may use modern tools and technologies, including artificial intelligence, to help deliver our services efficiently. Every deliverable is reviewed by a real person before it is handed over to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
