MP Launch is a done-for-you launch service for Australian service businesses — tradies, electricians, plumbers, cleaners, beauty professionals, mobile services and sole traders. We set up the technical foundation of your business online so you can stop juggling Gmail accounts, half-finished Wix sites and Facebook DMs.
Why MP Launch exists
We've spent years watching small operators try to do this themselves. They sign up for a website builder on a Sunday night, get halfway through, get distracted by an actual job on Monday, and never come back to it. Three months later they're still using a Gmail address on their quotes, their domain points to a parked page, and Google has no idea they exist.
The other route — hiring a traditional web designer — usually means six weeks of back-and-forth, a quote that quietly doubles, no real plan for the email, no plan for the domain renewal, and a finished site that you can't actually edit. We built MP Launch to be the third option: one package, one form to fill in, and the entire foundation done for you.
We start with the foundation and get it right: your domain, a mobile-friendly website, an enquiry form that texts you and a business number for the site — then we keep it working every month. From there we can look after your Google presence, run your ads and support your computers and email as well, or just the parts you actually need. What we won't do is guarantee you leads or rankings. Nobody honestly can. Where we offer our 12-month promise, we agree a number of genuine enquiries with you in writing, and what you get back if your site misses it. It is not a promise of leads.

Who we are
MP Launch is operated by PRJ Automations Pty Ltd (ABN 13 693 352 135), an Adelaide-based small business that builds automations and back-office tooling for service operators. MP Launch is the productised side of that work — the same setup we'd hand-build for a single client, repeated and refined into one fixed-price package.
We're a Microsoft 365 Cloud Solution Provider partner, which means we can set up your professional business email directly under your business — no third-party reseller, no shared mailbox tricks. Your tenant, your domain, your control.
We work remotely with clients across Australia. Adelaide is home, but we've launched businesses in Melbourne, the Gold Coast and regional South Australia. Your domain, your content and any email are documented, recoverable and yours to take with you.

What we don't do
Being explicit about scope keeps the work fast and the handover honest. MP Launch does not:
- Bundle marketing into a launch. The Launch Package never includes ads or SEO campaigns — managed Google Ads and Local SEO + AI Visibility are separate, optional Growth services, priced on their own and never required.
- Film or photograph your work. Social posts are a service we do sell, but the photos have to come from you.
- Create your Google Business Profile for you. You create it yourself — Google requires the business owner to do that — and once you've added us as a manager, we run a one-off alignment pass as part of your launch so your categories, services and details are found correctly. Ongoing posting, review replies and ranking work are part of our Local SEO + AI Visibility service, not the build.
- Set up Xero, MYOB or accounting software. Accounting setup is not part of the launch.
- Guarantee Google rankings, lead volume or specific conversion rates. We build the foundation; what you do with it is up to you.
