From the moment your questionnaire, your content and any required access are all in, your website is live in 48 hours. Here's exactly what that looks like.

Step 01

Talk to Peter

Leave your details or call, and Peter goes through the Launch Package with you: $2,997 to build and $249 a month to look after it. It covers a 6-page website, a domain registered in your business name, a logo, a managed business number and the monthly looking-after. Business email with Microsoft Office is an optional extra at $30 a month per mailbox. If it is a fit he sends your sign-up link, and payment is processed securely online — no deposit-and-quote dance.

Step 02

Complete your questionnaire

Once you have signed up, you get a private link to a single questionnaire. We ask for the essentials only: your legal entity details, your preferred domain, your services and the areas you work in, your contact phone and lead destination, and a few approval acknowledgements. Most clients complete it in under 30 minutes. You can save and return.

Step 03

We build, you check the preview

Once your questionnaire, your content and any required access are in, your build window starts — 48 hours. We register your domain, configure DNS, build your site, set up your enquiry form and your business number, and run through a quality checklist. If you added business email, we set that up too. You get one preview link before go-live and one full round of changes.

Step 04

It goes live, and we look after it

From launch day your plan covers hosting, security updates, daily backups, your domain renewal, every enquiry texted to your phone and up to 1 hour of changes a month, with your own login to watch it working. You can cancel the monthly plan any time.

What we need from you upfront

Legal business name and ABN.
Preferred domain (and a backup or two).
If you added business email: the address you want (e.g. hello@, info@, your-name@).
What your business does and where you operate.
A phone number, lead destination email, and at least one service.
Acceptance of the Launch Package Agreement (and the Microsoft customer agreement, if you added business email).

What can extend the delivery window

Domain access not yet granted to us (for clients with an existing domain).
Onboarding form submitted but missing required acknowledgements.
Logo or photos requested but not yet supplied.
Google verification (controlled by Google, not us).
Domain registry delays during peak processing.

Live within:

The 48 hours starts once your questionnaire, your content and any access we need are in. If we miss it, we still launch your site and refund your first payment.

Change your mind within:

Of your site going live. Ask and your first payment is refunded, and the site comes down. Once per business.
