Service Agreement
Version 2026.06.3 · Effective 11 June 2026
This is the standard agreement that governs the work we do for you. When you accept it at the end of your onboarding questionnaire, we email you a signed copy with your business's specific details filled in — your package, price, the date, and a unique acceptance reference. Keep that email for your records.
1. Parties and acceptance
This Service Agreement is between PRJ Automations Pty Ltd (ABN 13 693 352 135), trading as MP Launch (“MP Launch”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and the client identified in the Schedule (“you” or “your”).
This Agreement takes effect when you accept it electronically by ticking the acceptance box and submitting your onboarding questionnaire, and/or when you pay for a package. Your acceptance is recorded with your name, the date, and a unique acceptance reference shown in the Schedule.
2. The services
MP Launch provides website design and setup, domain registration, business email setup (Microsoft 365), lead-capture forms, and related digital services for Australian small businesses.
The specific scope of your project is defined by the package shown in the Schedule and the inclusions published on our website at the time of purchase. Anything not listed in your package is out of scope unless we agree it in writing.
3. Project scope and changes
Your scope is defined by the package you purchased, the inclusions shown at the time of purchase, and this Agreement. If there is any inconsistency, your package inclusions and this Agreement (including the Schedule) take priority for your project.
Additional pages, full redesigns, custom integrations, booking systems, SEO campaigns or ad management are not included and will be quoted separately before any work begins.
This Agreement covers your Launch package and Care Plan only. Growth and marketing services (for example Google Business Profile management, local SEO, content marketing or Google Ads management) are engaged separately under their own written scope and terms.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are processed securely through Stripe. MP Launch is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Our current launch packages are Essentials Launch ($1,997), Plus Launch ($2,997) and Signature Launch ($5,997). The one-off launch fee for your package is shown in the Schedule.
When you purchase a launch package, your payment card is securely stored on file. We may change our prices at any time, but existing Care Plan subscribers will receive 14 days’ notice of any change before it applies to them.
Every package includes professional business email on your own domain (Microsoft 365). Additional mailboxes are an optional add-on at $147 setup plus $15 per month per mailbox, charged from the date each mailbox is provisioned — including during your included Care year.
5. Care Plans and renewals
Every launch package includes 12 months of its matched Care Plan, starting from go-live. Essential Care ($99/month) is included with Essentials Launch, and Premium Care ($179/month) is included with Plus Launch and Signature Launch. The plan and monthly rate that apply to you are shown in the Schedule.
From Month 13 onwards, your Care Plan continues on a rolling monthly basis at that rate unless you cancel it. We will send you reminder emails at Months 10 and 11 before any charge is made, and every Care billing email includes a one-click cancellation link. You can cancel at any time with 14 days’ notice.
Essential Care ($99/month) includes: Hosting, SSL and security kept up to date; Domain renewal handled while your plan is active; Backups + full restore if anything ever breaks; Uptime monitoring — we usually know before you do; Your business email licence kept active and working; Lead form + alert support; Bug fixes if something stops working; 2 small website edits each month (prices, hours, photos, text); Quarterly health snapshot — visits, calls, leads, uptime, work done; Small changes actioned within 5 business days; problems within 2.
Premium Care ($179/month) includes: Everything in Essential Care; 5 small website edits each month; Priority support — requests within 2 business days, problems within 1; Managed professional phone number — an Adelaide/business number routed to your mobile, with your business caller ID; Monthly health snapshot + check (broken links, forms, speed); Content, photo and testimonial updates; Annual refresh day — one batch update of your photos, prices and content every year.
Small website edits are capped at 2 per month on Essential Care and 5 per month on Premium Care; unused edits and support time do not roll over. Health snapshots report factual measurements only (for example visits, calls, leads and uptime) — quarterly on Essential Care and monthly on Premium Care.
Domain renewals, hosting and Microsoft 365 support continue only while a Care Plan is active. Care Plans keep what already exists working — they do not include, and do not guarantee, Google rankings, traffic growth or lead volume. Care Plans do not include:
- Ongoing SEO or rankings work
- Google Ads, social media or marketing campaigns
- Ongoing Google Business Profile management
- New pages, rebrands or major redesigns
6. Care service levels
While a Care Plan is active, we work to the following response and action targets. Targets are measured in business days, Adelaide (Australian Central) time, and exclude weekends and South Australian public holidays.
Essential Care: small-change requests are actioned within 5 business days; if something we delivered stops working (an incident), we respond within 2 business days; for a critical outage (your website or email fully down): same business day — email plus a call to our support line.
Premium Care: small-change requests are actioned within 2 business days; if something we delivered stops working (an incident), we respond within 1 business day; for a critical outage (your website or email fully down): same day — email plus a call to our priority line.
These are targets for responding and starting work, not guarantees of resolution time — some fixes depend on third parties such as Microsoft, domain registrars or hosting providers. Missing a target does not create any additional remedy; your remedies remain as set out in clause 15 (Refunds and cancellation) and clause 16 (Liability and Australian Consumer Law).
7. Managed professional phone number (Premium Care)
Premium Care includes a managed professional phone number: we provision and manage an Australian phone number for your business and route it to your nominated mobile, with your business caller ID. We manage the routing and configuration for you while Premium Care is active.
The number remains available to you. If you cancel Premium Care or end our working relationship, we will, on request, port the number to your own carrier account as part of your handover.
The managed number is subject to fair use: it is intended for reasonable business call volumes, not for call centres, bulk outbound calling or telemarketing.
8. Delivery windows and the 48-hour guarantee
Essentials Launch and Plus Launch include our 48-hour delivery guarantee. The 48-hour window starts only once: (a) your payment has been received; (b) your onboarding questionnaire has been submitted with all required information; and (c) any required access (for example, existing domain credentials) has been provided.
Signature Launch is a larger, crafted build and is delivered within 5 business days of the same three conditions being met. The 48-hour delivery guarantee does not apply to Signature Launch.
Third-party verification delays (such as Google Business Profile, Microsoft or domain registrars), unavailable domains, missing access, or requested upgrades are outside our control and are excluded from the delivery window.
9. Reviews and revisions
Before go-live you will have the opportunity to review the website and request reasonable changes within your package scope. Each launch includes one major revision round before go-live.
Reasonable changes include text corrections, image swaps, service detail corrections, minor layout adjustments and fixing errors. They do not include a full redesign, a change of business direction, new pages outside your package, custom integrations, booking systems, SEO campaigns or ad management.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to maintain payment details for any services that require renewal. If information, content, approvals or access are missing, incomplete or delayed, our delivery timelines are paused until the issue is resolved.
- Provide accurate information, content and approvals on time.
- Provide any required access or credentials in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have the rights to use any content, logos or images you provide.
- Respond to our requests within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.
11. Ownership and handover
Assets we create for you (domain, email and website) are set up in your name and belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, brand or business assets.
If you cancel your Care Plan or end our working relationship, we will provide a clean handover of all assets within 14 days.
12. Third-party services
Some services rely on third parties such as Microsoft 365, Google and domain registrars, which have their own terms (for example, the Microsoft Customer Agreement). Where applicable, you authorise MP Launch to act as your provider or partner and to configure these services on your behalf.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, verification requirements or delays caused by third parties.
13. Tools and technology
We may use modern tools and technology, including artificial intelligence, to help deliver our services efficiently. Every deliverable is reviewed by a real person before it is handed over to you.
14. No professional advice
MP Launch does not provide legal, tax, accounting, licensing or trade mark advice. You are responsible for your own business registrations (including any ASIC business-name registration) and for your own compliance obligations.
15. Refunds and cancellation
Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy at https://mplaunch.com.au/refund, which forms part of this Agreement. They include our 48-hour delivery guarantee for Essentials Launch and Plus Launch (a 100% refund of your package fee if we miss the 48-hour delivery window — Signature Launch has a 5-business-day delivery window and is not covered by the 48-hour guarantee), a full refund if you cancel before work begins, and a fix-first process if anything we deliver does not match your package scope. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
16. Liability and Australian Consumer Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
17. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy at https://mplaunch.com.au/privacy.
18. Term, changes and governing law
This Agreement starts on acceptance and continues while we provide services to you. We may update our standard terms from time to time; the version that applies to your project is the one you accepted, recorded by the version number and date in the Schedule.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
19. Entire agreement and electronic acceptance
This Agreement, together with the Schedule, your package inclusions, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and MP Launch and replaces any earlier discussions.
You agree that ticking the acceptance box, typing your name and submitting the onboarding questionnaire constitutes your electronic signature, and is intended to be as binding as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and its State equivalents.
