Social media management · Adelaide

You send the photos. We do everything else.

Social media management for Adelaide businesses: you send a few photos of your work from your phone, and we handle the rest — designing the posts in your branding, writing the captions, scheduling, publishing and a monthly report. A flat $590 a month for 12 posts across Facebook, Instagram and Google. No lock-in, and your accounts stay yours.

The reason most small business social media dies is not that the owner doesn't understand it. It's that posting is a job with no deadline, so it always loses to the job with one. Taking everything except the photo away is the version of this that survives a busy month.

Why doing it yourself almost never lasts

  • You start strong, post four times in a fortnight, get busy, and the account goes quiet for three months. Everyone who looks you up sees the gap.
  • You have hundreds of photos on your phone of genuinely good work, and no time to turn any of them into something worth posting.
  • Writing a caption takes ten minutes you don't have, and doing it at 9pm produces a caption that reads like it was written at 9pm.
  • You're never sure whether any of it is doing anything, so it's the first thing dropped when the week gets tight.
  • The competitor down the road who does post consistently looks bigger and busier than you, whether or not they actually are.

What's in it

One flat fee covers the lot. Nothing below is an add-on.

You send a month of photos or video, we take it from there

Near the end of each month we text you a link. Dump in whatever you've taken — job photos, before and afters, a short clip you filmed on site — and that becomes next month's posts. No shoot to book, no day to set aside, no app to learn. Real photos of your actual work, not stock images and not AI-generated pictures of a business that doesn't exist.

Nothing to send this month? It still goes out

We need whatever you've got three days before the month starts. If nothing lands by then we build the month from what we already have — your website photos, your services and your Google reviews — so your page never goes quiet just because you had a flat-out month. One reminder, never two. We're not going to nag you.

Designed into proper posts

Your photos laid out as posts that look like they belong to your business — your colours, your logo, formatted correctly for each platform. Stills and swipeable carousels, so one good photo goes further than one post.

Your phone videos edited into something postable

Send a clip and we'll do the editing — trimmed, cropped to the right shape for each platform, captions burned in so it still makes sense with the sound off, and your logo on it. We don't film it and we don't fake it: it has to be your footage of your actual work.

Captions written for you

Written in your voice, about your work, in plain English. No hashtag soup and no motivational filler that has nothing to do with your business.

Your Google reviews put to work

Good reviews become posts, in your customers' own words. It's the most persuasive content you have and it costs you nothing to produce, because your customers already wrote it.

Scheduled and posted

Everything goes out on an agreed schedule without you touching it. Consistency is most of the value, and consistency is exactly what an owner cannot maintain alone.

A monthly report in plain English

What went out, what people responded to, and what we're doing differently next month. Written like a human wrote it.

Your accounts stay yours

Everything is created in your accounts, in your name. The photos are yours to keep and use anywhere, including on your website and in your ads.

How does it work?

1

A short call

What you do, who your customers are, what you want to be known for, and what you're happy to have posted.

2

We set it up

You click 'allow' once on each account so we can post for you — about ten minutes, and it's the only setup you do. If we built your website, we already have your photos, services and branding to start from.

3

You approve the first batch

We build the run of posts and send them in one link. You see every post exactly as it will appear before anything goes live.

4

It runs, and you get a report

Posts go out on schedule without you. Near the end of each month we text you a link for the next month's photos — we need them three days before the month starts, and if they don't arrive we build it from what we already have. Once a month you get a plain-English summary.

What does it cost?

A flat $590 a month.Twelve posts — eight to Facebook and Instagram, four to your Google Business Profile — plus replies to your Google reviews and a monthly report. No lock-in contract, and the price doesn't move with how busy the month gets.

If you want fresh photography rather than working from what you already have, a one-off content capture session is $390. It's optional, and most people don't need it to start.

One honest note on order of spend: if you don't have a website yet, or nobody can find you on Google, put your money there first. Social media works best pointing at something solid, and we'd rather tell you that than take the $590.

Reviews

What clients say about their launch.

Real 5-star Google reviews from Australian businesses we've put online.

We brought MP Launch in to get us found on Google and it's made a real difference. Peter took the time to understand the business, moved everything over smoothly with no downtime, and keeps us updated every month on how we're tracking. Genuinely feels like they care about the results, not just getting paid. Really happy we made the switch.

Frequently asked questions

What does social media management actually include?

You send us photos of your work from your phone. We turn them into designed posts in your branding, write the captions, schedule everything, publish it, and send you a monthly report on what went out and how it performed. The part most owners care about is that the only thing left on your plate is sending the odd photo.

When do you need my photos, and what if I forget?

We text you a link near the end of each month, and we need whatever you have three days before the new month starts. That gives us time to design it, write it and get it approved before anything is due to go out. If nothing lands by then the month still goes out, built from what we already have — if we built your website we have your photos, your services and your team, and your Google reviews give us real customer words to work with. Photos from your phone make it better and more current, but nothing stops if you have a flat-out month. One reminder a month, and only one. We are not going to nag you.

Can I send videos, or is it photos only?

Send videos too. A short clip off your phone — the finished job, a walk-around, something being installed — and we do the editing: trimmed, cropped to the right shape for each platform, captions added so it works with the sound off, your logo on it. Two things to know. We don't film it, so it has to be footage you took. And a video counts as one of your twelve posts for the month rather than costing extra. If anyone recognisable is in it, or you filmed inside someone's home, check they're happy for it to go public before you send it through.

Do I have to be in the photos?

No. Plenty of the best content for a trade or service business is the work itself — the before and after, the finished job, the process. If you are happy to be in shot it helps, because people hire people. If you would rather not be, the work speaks fine on its own.

Do you come out and film it for me?

No, and we would rather say so plainly than let you find out later. We do not run shoots or send a photographer. You take the photos — a few phone shots of a finished job is genuinely all it takes — and everything after that is ours: the design, the writing, the posting and the reporting.

Which platforms do you post to?

Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile, because that is where local customers in Adelaide actually look for a business like yours. We would rather do three properly than five badly. If your customers genuinely live somewhere else, we will say so.

How often do you post?

Twelve posts a month: two a week to Facebook and Instagram, and one a week to your Google Business Profile. That is a deliberate number rather than the biggest one we could quote. Past a steady couple of posts a week, extra volume does very little for a local page, and the only way to hit a bigger number is filler that has nothing to do with your work. We would rather put out twelve posts that are genuinely about your business than thirty that are not.

Do I get to see the posts before they go out?

Yes. You get the batch in one link — no login, every post shown exactly as it will appear — and nothing publishes in your name that you have not seen. Anything that states a fact about your business waits for your written yes, always, no exceptions. For the rest, if we have not heard back in three business days the agreed schedule simply continues, because a quiet week should not leave your page dead. You can ask us to pull any post at any time and it is gone within one business day.

Will this get me more customers?

We will not promise you leads from social media, and be careful of anyone who does. Social does two jobs honestly: it keeps you visible to people who already know you, and it gives someone checking you out a reason to trust you. If your priority is new enquiries from people actively searching right now, Google Ads or local SEO will do that more directly, and we would tell you to spend there first.

Who owns the content and the accounts?

You do, all of it. The accounts stay in your name, the photos are yours, and if you ever stop working with us you keep everything. We do not hold your accounts hostage.

Do I need a website first?

It helps a lot. Social media sends people somewhere to find out more, and if that somewhere is a half-finished profile you have lost the person you just paid to reach. If you do not have a site yet, start there — we build them, and it is a better first dollar.

What does social media management cost in Adelaide?

A flat $590 a month, with no lock-in contract. That covers twelve posts — eight to Facebook and Instagram, four to your Google Business Profile — plus replies to your Google reviews and a monthly report. We publish the price for the same reason we publish all of them: you should be able to work out whether we are worth it before you have to talk to anyone. A one-off content capture session, if you want fresh photography, is $390.

Hand over the posting and stop thinking about it

Tell us what you do and where you're based, and we'll tell you honestly whether social is the right next dollar for your business or whether something else should come first.

Or leave your number and I'll call you.

Sending this asks MP Launch to contact you by phone, text or email about this service. No newsletter, no list, and you can reply STOP to any text.
