Who we are

MP Launch is operated by PRJ Automations Pty Ltd (ABN 13 693 352 135), based in Adelaide, South Australia. When we say "we", "us" or "MP Launch", we mean PRJ Automations Pty Ltd.

What information we collect

We collect the following types of personal information:

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, business name.
• Public business listing details: Business name, phone number, address, trade and similar details from public listings such as Google Maps.
• Calls and messages: Recordings and transcripts of phone calls with us, and the texts and emails we exchange.
• Business information: ABN, business address, service descriptions, operating hours, and other details you provide in our onboarding forms.
• Website content and launch materials: Logos, images, copy, service descriptions, pricing information, business details and other material you provide so we can build your website and launch assets.
• Access information: Login or access details you provide so we can perform the setup work (for example, domain registrar access or existing hosting credentials).
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Website analytics: Anonymous usage data through Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site.

We collect information you give us, for example through our forms, on calls, by text and by email. We also find businesses through their public business listings, mainly Google Maps and Google Business Profile. We gather these details with data tools such as Apify and Google's Places service.

How we use your information

• To deliver the services you purchase from us.
• To build, publish and support your website, email setup, domain setup, lead forms and related launch assets.
• To use business information supplied by you on your public website where required to complete the launch.
• To communicate with you about your project or account.
• To contact businesses by phone, text message and email about our services. You can opt out at any time.
• To improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share your information with

We only share your information with third parties when necessary to run our business and deliver our services. These include:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Microsoft 365: For our own email and Teams meetings, and for setting up your business email.
• Domain registrars: To register your domain in your name.
• Vercel: For website hosting and analytics.
• Neon: For database hosting.
• Resend or other email delivery providers: For sending transactional emails, form notifications, service-related emails and marketing emails.
• Twilio: For phone calls and text messages, including call recordings and transcripts.
• touchSMS: For some of our text messages, including keeping the list of numbers that have asked us to stop.
• OpenAI and Anthropic: AI providers that help us handle calls and process call transcripts.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Marketing calls, texts and emails

We may phone, text or email businesses whose details are publicly listed. We contact them about services relevant to their business, such as websites and getting found on Google. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and some calls may be made by an AI assistant.

Our marketing texts come from "Peter from MP Launch", include a contact number and say "Reply STOP to opt out". Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you reply STOP, unsubscribe, or reply asking us to stop, we stop all marketing to you, by email and by text.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by any channel, and we will honour it promptly. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and ACMA guidelines.

Analytics and advertising tools

We may use analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog or similar tools if enabled on our website. These tools help us understand website traffic, improve our services and measure marketing performance. Where these tools are used, they may collect anonymous or pseudonymous usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Overseas providers

Some of our technology providers may store or process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and protect the information we handle. Where we engage overseas providers, we take care to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How we protect your information

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your rights
