MP Launch is operated by PRJ Automations Pty Ltd (ABN 13 693 352 135), based in Adelaide, South Australia. When we say "we", "us" or "MP Launch", we mean PRJ Automations Pty Ltd.

• Access information: Login or access details you provide so we can perform the setup work (for example, domain registrar access or existing hosting credentials).
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Website analytics: Anonymous usage data through Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site.

How we use your information

• To deliver the services you purchase from us.
• To build, publish and support your website, email setup, domain setup, lead forms and related launch assets.
• To use business information supplied by you on your public website where required to complete the launch.
• To communicate with you about your project or account.
• To send you marketing emails (only if you have opted in). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share your information with

We only share your information with third parties when necessary to deliver our services:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Microsoft 365: For setting up your business email.
• Domain registrars: To register your domain in your name.
• Vercel: For website hosting and analytics.
• Resend or other email delivery providers: For sending transactional emails, form notifications and service-related emails.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you have opted in (for example, by ticking the consent checkbox when downloading our checklist). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and ACMA guidelines.

Analytics and advertising tools

We may use analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog or similar tools if enabled on our website. These tools help us understand website traffic, improve our services and measure marketing performance.
