Answers in an Australian voice
A natural AU voice, not a robotic overseas-sounding one. It rings a few times first rather than picking up instantly, because an immediate answer is the fastest way to tell a caller they've reached a machine.
AI receptionist · Australia-wide
We built this for ourselves first. It answers MP Launch's own phone on (08) 7008 7501 every day — so what you see on this page is a description of something running in production, not a product page for something we'd build if you asked.

No add-on tiers and no per-feature pricing. Every one of these is in the service.
A natural AU voice, not a robotic overseas-sounding one. It rings a few times first rather than picking up instantly, because an immediate answer is the fastest way to tell a caller they've reached a machine.
When you're available it bridges the call to your mobile and announces it first, so you know it's a business call and hear the caller's number before you speak. If you can't take it, the caller is handed back to the assistant rather than dropped.
First name and the best number to call back on, confirmed with the caller — plus a preferred callback time in their own words. It doesn't interrogate people for a form's worth of data before they've been helped.
The second the call ends you get a text with the lead, and an email with the full record: their details, a summary of what they wanted, the complete transcript and a link to the recording.
What you do, which areas you cover, roughly how your pricing works, what happens next. Scripted from your business, so it says what you'd say — and it's told to hand off rather than guess when it doesn't know.
Each genuine enquiry lands in a lead tracker automatically, so you have a record of who called and what they wanted rather than a phone log you have to reconstruct from memory.

What your business does, which calls matter, what you want the assistant to say, and the hours it should cover. That conversation is most of the setup.
We write its script from your business — your services, your areas, your answers — and configure the routing so it picks up exactly when you want it to.
You ring it yourself and hear precisely what your customers will hear. We tune the wording until it sounds like your business, before a single real caller reaches it.
Your existing number, or a new one alongside it while you build confidence. You start getting texts the moment real calls come in.
A flat monthly fee. No per-minute charges, no per-call charges, no percentage of anything. It's the same way we price everything else we do — Google Ads management is a flat $890/month and local SEO is a flat $1,190/month, regardless of how busy the month gets.
That matters more here than it sounds. Per-minute billing means the month where your phone finally runs hot is also the month you get a bill you didn't expect, which quietly pushes you to want fewer calls. A flat fee means a busy month costs exactly what a quiet one does.
Your figure depends on the hours you want covered and how calls should be routed, so we quote it on the call rather than putting a number here that might not be yours.
Real 5-star Google reviews from Australian businesses we've put online.
We brought MP Launch in to get us found on Google and it's made a real difference. Peter took the time to understand the business, moved everything over smoothly with no downtime, and keeps us updated every month on how we're tracking. Genuinely feels like they care about the results, not just getting paid. Really happy we made the switch.

I had an excellent experience working with MP Launch and Peter to create my website CU & D. From the very beginning, Peter was professional, responsive and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a website that looks fantastic, is easy to navigate and perfectly represents my business… I highly recommend MP Launch to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality website and outstanding customer service.

MP Launch absolutely nailed my website. I had a vision for my hairdressing business, but they somehow made it look even better than what I had in my head. The whole process was so easy, quick and stress-free, no confusing back and forth, no drama, just straight to the point and done properly. My website looks clean, professional, on-brand and honestly just so me.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. As someone with zero tech experience, Peter made things effortless. He took total control, kept me in the loop, and put things simply in a way that was easy to understand. I knew I was in good hands right from the start. Fantastic service and result — highly recommend Peter and the team.

Peter understood the type of image we were trying to project and applied it perfectly. He was extremely quick, communicated clearly and was very cheap for what his services were. Thanks Pete. Great job.

It is a voice assistant that answers your business phone when you can't get to it. It greets the caller in a natural Australian voice, works out what they want, and either puts them through to you or takes their name and number and sends you the details straight away. Unlike a voicemail, the caller has a conversation and gets an answer. Unlike a call centre, it never has a queue and never has an off day.
Both, and you decide which. If you're available it rings you and bridges the call properly — the person receiving the call hears a short announcement saying it's a business call and reads out the caller's number, so you know what you're picking up before you speak. If you don't answer within about 20 seconds, the caller goes back to the assistant rather than being dumped to a dead line, and their details are captured instead.
It captures the caller's first name and the best number to reach them on, confirms the number is right, and offers a callback time. The moment the call ends you get a text message and a full email containing the caller's details, an AI summary of what they wanted, the complete transcript and a link to the recording. Nothing sits in a voicemail box waiting to be checked.
Not today, and we'd rather say so than sell you something we haven't built. It captures the enquiry and a preferred callback time, and you confirm the booking. We deliberately never let it tell a caller a job is 'booked' or 'confirmed' when no calendar has actually been checked, because a customer who turns up to a booking that doesn't exist is worse than one who was asked to wait for a call back.
Whatever hours you choose, including around the clock. Most owners have it pick up outside their working hours and whenever they're on the tools and can't answer. It doesn't take breaks, so the 7pm caller and the Sunday caller both get a real conversation instead of a beep.
It opens by identifying itself as a virtual assistant. We're not interested in tricking anyone — and in practice callers are far less bothered by a machine that answers immediately and helps than by a human voicemail that never rings back. It also uses an Australian voice, so it doesn't sound like an overseas call centre.
A traditional virtual receptionist is a person in a call centre answering for many businesses at once, usually billed per call or per minute, so a busy month costs you more. An AI receptionist answers every call instantly with no queue, and we charge a flat monthly fee rather than by the minute — a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
No. We can point your existing business number at it, or give you a separate number if you'd rather test it alongside what you have now. Either way you keep your number.
Ours is a flat monthly fee with no per-minute charges and no percentage of anything — the same way we price our other services ($890/month for Google Ads management, $1,190/month for local SEO). Your exact figure depends on the hours you want covered and how your calls should be routed, so we quote it on a 10-minute call rather than guessing here.
