AI automation · Australia-wide

We build the automations we already run ourselves.

An AI automation agency takes the repetitive jobs out of your business and hands them to software — answering the phone, replying to enquiries, chasing quotes, keeping the record straight. We build them, wire them to your tools, and watch them so you find out when something stops working. Flat monthly fee, no hourly billing.

Everything on this page is something running in our own business right now. Our phone is answered by an AI assistant, our website enquiries are captured and alerted automatically, and our client reports build themselves from live data. We sell the things we already trust with our own leads.

The jobs that quietly eat a small business owner's week

  • The phone rings while you're working and there's nobody to answer it, so the enquiry becomes a voicemail nobody returns.
  • A website enquiry sits in an inbox for six hours. The customer who sent it messaged three businesses and went with whoever replied first.
  • Quotes get sent and never followed up, because following up is a job with no deadline that always loses to the job in front of you.
  • Leads live in four places — phone, email, a text message, a note on the bench — so nobody can answer 'how many enquiries did we get last month'.
  • The end-of-month admin happens at 9pm on a Sunday because that's the only time left for it.

The automations we build

We start with the shortlist below because these are the ones we run in production and know how they behave when something goes wrong. If what you need isn't here, say so on the call — we'll tell you honestly whether it's in our lane.

AI phone answering

A voice assistant that answers in an Australian voice when you can't, puts real callers through, and texts you the details of everyone else. It answers our own phone every day.

Website chat that captures leads

An assistant on your site that answers the questions people actually ask, and turns the interested ones into a real enquiry with a name and a number instead of a bounce.

Instant lead alerts

The moment an enquiry lands — from the phone, the website or a form — you get a text. Speed of first response is the single thing most within your control, and most often lost.

One place every lead lands

Enquiries captured automatically into a single tracker, so 'how many jobs came in last month and where from' is a question with an answer rather than a guess.

Reporting that builds itself

Monthly numbers assembled from live data rather than someone rebuilding a spreadsheet — the same engine that produces our own client reports.

Monitoring, because silent failure is the real risk

Health checks that alert us when an automation stops firing. An automation nobody is watching is a liability, because you've already stopped doing the job it replaced.

Should you build it yourself, hire an agency, or leave it alone?

How does it work?

1

We find where the time goes

A short call about what you repeat every week and what keeps slipping. Usually the biggest win is obvious within ten minutes, and it's usually the phone.

2

Start with one

We build the single automation with the clearest payback rather than a grand plan. One thing working beats five things half-wired.

3

You watch it run

It goes live and you see it working on real enquiries. If it isn't earning its keep, we'd rather find that out in week two than month six.

4

Add the next one

Once it's proven, we take the next job off your plate. Each one is small; the compounding is the point.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly fee, quoted after a short call. We don't bill by the hour, for a specific reason: hourly billing makes you hesitate before telling us something is broken, and with automation that hesitation is expensive.

It's the same pricing shape as the rest of what we do — Google Ads management is a flat $890/month, local SEO is a flat $1,190/month. Your figure depends on how many automations you're running and what systems they have to touch.

Reviews

What clients say about their launch.

Real 5-star Google reviews from Australian businesses we've put online.

We brought MP Launch in to get us found on Google and it's made a real difference. Peter took the time to understand the business, moved everything over smoothly with no downtime, and keeps us updated every month on how we're tracking. Genuinely feels like they care about the results, not just getting paid. Really happy we made the switch.

I had an excellent experience working with MP Launch and Peter to create my website CU & D. From the very beginning, Peter was professional, responsive and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a website that looks fantastic, is easy to navigate and perfectly represents my business… I highly recommend MP Launch to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality website and outstanding customer service.

Google
MP Launch absolutely nailed my website. I had a vision for my hairdressing business, but they somehow made it look even better than what I had in my head. The whole process was so easy, quick and stress-free, no confusing back and forth, no drama, just straight to the point and done properly. My website looks clean, professional, on-brand and honestly just so me.

Google
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. As someone with zero tech experience, Peter made things effortless. He took total control, kept me in the loop, and put things simply in a way that was easy to understand. I knew I was in good hands right from the start. Fantastic service and result — highly recommend Peter and the team.

Peter understood the type of image we were trying to project and applied it perfectly. He was extremely quick, communicated clearly and was very cheap for what his services were. Thanks Pete. Great job.

Frequently asked questions

What does an AI automation agency actually do?

It finds the repetitive jobs in your business that a person is currently doing by hand, and builds software that does them instead. In a small service business that usually means the same short list: answering the phone when you can't, replying to website enquiries in seconds rather than hours, chasing quotes that were sent and never followed up, and putting every lead in one place so none get lost. The work is in wiring those to your actual tools and then watching them so they keep running.

Isn't this just Zapier? Can't I do it myself?

You can, and if you enjoy that sort of thing you probably should — the tools are genuinely good now. What people underestimate is the second half: an automation that silently stops working is worse than never having built it, because you stop checking the thing it replaced. Most of what we do is not the initial build, it's noticing at 9am that something didn't fire at 2am. If you'd rather own that yourself, do — we'd rather tell you that than sell you a retainer you don't need.

What kinds of automation do you build?

The ones we run in our own business, because those are the ones we know behave in production: an AI voice assistant that answers the phone and texts you the lead, a website chat assistant that answers questions and captures enquiries, instant alerts when a lead lands so nothing waits in an inbox, automatic capture of every enquiry into one tracker, and monthly reporting that assembles itself from live data instead of someone rebuilding a spreadsheet.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The conversation is about what wastes your time and what you keep forgetting to do — not about which tools we'd use. We handle the wiring, and hand you something you interact with through a text message or a normal web page.

How long does it take?

A single automation is usually days rather than months, because we're configuring things we've already built rather than starting from a blank page. Anything that has to touch a system we haven't worked with before takes longer, and we'll tell you that up front rather than discovering it halfway through.

What if the automation breaks?

Assume it will, eventually — an API changes, a provider has an outage, a password expires. That's exactly why the monitoring is the service rather than an add-on. We run health checks against our own automations that alert us when something silently stops firing, and clients get the same. The failure mode we design against is not 'it breaks loudly', it's 'it breaks quietly and nobody notices for six weeks'.

Will AI automation replace my staff?

Not in a business this size, and that's usually the wrong question. In a one to five person operation there is no spare person to replace — the work is being done badly at 9pm by the owner, or not at all. What automation replaces is the unpaid admin hour at the end of the day, and the enquiries that quietly go nowhere.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly fee, the same shape as everything else we sell — Google Ads management is a flat $890/month and local SEO is a flat $1,190/month. We don't bill hourly, because hourly billing means you hesitate before telling us something is broken. What you pay depends on how many automations you're running and what they touch, so we quote it after a short call.

Start with the job you most resent doing

Tell us the one task you'd hand over tomorrow if you could. We'll tell you straight whether it's worth automating, whether you'd be better off doing it yourself, or whether the honest answer is to leave it alone.
