Frequently asked questions
Is this only for new businesses?
No. MP Launch is for new and growing service businesses. It is especially useful if you are already operating from Facebook, Gmail or an old website and want the setup handled properly.
What if I already have a domain or website?
No problem. We connect your existing domain. If you have an old website you want replaced, let us know in the onboarding form.
What happens if you miss the 48 hours?
Your launch is free — we still build and launch your site, refund your launch fee in full, and you keep everything, with your Care plan continuing as normal (first 2 months included, then your monthly rate from Month 3). The timer starts once payment, your onboarding form, files and required access are all complete. Google verification and third-party delays sit outside the window. The 48-hour guarantee applies to Essentials and Plus — Signature Launch is a bigger cinematic build, crafted and delivered within 5 business days.
Do you set up Xero or invoicing software?
No. Your handover pack includes a simple guide to choosing invoicing software, but we do not set up accounting or bookkeeping tools.
Who owns the domain, email and website?
You do. Everything is registered and set up in your name. If you ever leave, we hand everything over cleanly within 14 days.
What support is included after launch?
Your first 2 months of Care are included with every launch. Your card is stored at checkout and your plan continues automatically from month 3 on the matched tier — Care ($199/month) with Essentials Launch and Plus, and Care Concierge ($329/month) with Signature. If you would prefer a lower-cost plan you can step down to Keep-It-Live ($99/month) at any time, including before your first charge. We remind you around day 50 before the first charge, and you can cancel anytime.
