What is Care?
Every launch includes your first 2 months of Care, free — Essentials and Plus get the full Care plan, and Signature gets Care Concierge. From month 3 you simply continue on the plan you have been using: Care ($199/month) with Essentials and Plus, and Care Concierge ($329/month) with Signature. If you would prefer a lower-cost plan, you can step down to Keep-It-Live ($99/month) at any time, including before your first charge. Your card is stored securely at checkout, we'll remind you before the first charge, and you can cancel anytime — you always own your domain, email and website either way.

What each inclusion actually means
No jargon, no fine-print surprises — here's what you're really getting, in plain English.
- Managed hosting, SSL and security
- Your website lives on fast, secure infrastructure and carries the padlock browsers expect. We keep the hosting, certificates and security patches current so you never think about any of it.
- Domain renewed on time
- Your domain stays registered in your name, and we handle the renewal while your plan is active — no surprise expiry emails, no accidentally losing the address your customers know.
- Backups and full restore
- Copies of your site are kept daily. If anything ever breaks — a bad change, a platform issue — we roll it back and put it right.
- Uptime monitoring
- Automated checks watch your site around the clock. If it goes down, we're alerted the moment it happens and start fixing it straight away.
- Business email kept active
- The professional email on your own domain keeps working — licence active, deliverability records (DKIM/SPF/DMARC) maintained so your quotes land in inboxes, not junk. Keep-It-Live keeps Microsoft 365 Business Basic (1 mailbox, web and mobile Outlook only). Care gives you a genuine choice, made once at launch and carried straight into your ongoing plan: either two Business Basic mailboxes, or one mailbox on Business Standard with full desktop Office (the actual Microsoft Office apps installed on your computer, not just usable in a browser) on up to 5 devices. Both cost the same, so it's entirely your call. Care Concierge already gives you the best of both: Business Standard with desktop Office across up to 3 mailboxes.
- Your enquiries in the MP Launch portal (Care and Care Concierge)
- Everything lives in one place: the MP Launch portal. Every plan gets a login, so you can always sign in and see how your website is performing, along with your files, quotes and support. There is never a separate login on your own website. On Care and Care Concierge the portal also opens up your enquiries — every enquiry your website has taken, plus every tap on your phone number, downloadable as a spreadsheet. That applies whichever launch package you bought, and every launch includes your first 2 months of Care. Keep-It-Live keeps the portal and the live performance view, but not the enquiries.
- Small website edits
- Client-supplied changes — new prices, new hours, a swapped photo, updated wording. Care covers 5 of these a month, Care Concierge covers 10. Send the change, we make it. (Keep-It-Live is automated keep-alive only — edits are quoted ad-hoc.)
- Your live numbers, and the monthly health check
- How your site is doing — visits, calls, leads, uptime and the work we've done — is live in your portal, on every plan, updating on its own. There is no monthly report to wait for. On top of that, Care and Care Concierge get a monthly check of links, forms and speed.
- Refresh days
- A day set aside to batch-update your site: new photos, current prices, fresh content — so it never quietly goes stale. Care includes 1 refresh day a year; Care Concierge includes 2. Each may add up to 2 new pages.
- Managed business phone number (Care Concierge)
- An Australian business landline that forwards to your mobile and shows your business name when it rings — so you know it's a work call before you answer, and your personal number stays private. Set up after 90 days on Care Concierge, and the number is yours: if you ever leave, we port it out to you on request. It is a phone number, not an answering service — nobody picks it up for you.
- Annual Redesign (Care Concierge)
- Once every 12 months we restyle your existing site so it always looks current. It unlocks after 6 continuous months on Concierge and covers your existing pages, brand and content like-for-like. New functionality, a full rebrand or e-commerce are quoted separately as Growth.
Your first 2 months of Care, included
Every launch comes with your first 2 months of Care — nothing extra to pay. Essentials and Plus launches get full Care-level service in those two months (a $398 value); Signature launches get Care Concierge-level service (a $658 value). From month 3, your plan continues on the card you saved at checkout — Essentials and Plus at $199/month (Care), and Signature at $329/month (Care Concierge). Prefer to pay less? You can step down to Keep-It-Live at $99/month at any time, including before your first charge.
- We remind you first. You get a reminder before your first charge at month 3 — no silent charges, no surprises.
- Stay, step up, or step down. You continue on the plan you have been using unless you tell us otherwise. Upgrade anytime; a step down to Keep-It-Live applies from the next renewal, and you can ask for it before your first charge.
- Cancelling is one email. Care stops whenever you say — no notice, no exit fees, no questions.
- You keep everything either way. Your domain, email and website are in your name — if you cancel, we hand everything over cleanly within 14 days.
What Care does not include
Care is a maintenance plan, not an agency retainer. Being clear about scope keeps it affordable and predictable.
- Ongoing SEO or rankings work
- Google Ads, social media or marketing campaigns
- Ongoing Google Business Profile management
- New functionality, a full rebrand or a major redesign (these are quoted as Growth) — note a like-for-like Annual Redesign IS included on Care Concierge, and refresh days may add a bounded number of new pages
