Every MP Launch package includes 12 months of Care. After Year 1, choose to continue, upgrade or cancel with 14 days' notice.
What is the Care Plan?
Every launch package comes with 12 months of Care included — no extra cost. After 12 months you can keep the same level, move up, move down, or cancel. From month 13 the monthly rates are $97 or $197. You always own your domain, email and website — whether you renew with us or not.
Essentials Care
Keep the basics running.
Includes
- Website hosting and technical care
- Domain renewal while plan is active
- Microsoft 365 licence kept active while plan is active
- Small text edits
- Phone and email support
- Annual access and renewal review
- Up to 30 minutes of small website edits per month
Plus Care
More flexibility and faster support.
Everything in Essentials Care, plus:
- Priority phone and email support
- One small client-provided content update per month
- Quarterly written check-in
- Up to 90 minutes of website and content changes per month

What Care does not include
Care is a maintenance plan, not an agency retainer. Being clear about scope keeps it affordable and predictable.
