What is Care?
Every launch includes your first 2 months of Care — Keep-It-Live with Essentials, Care with Plus, and Care Concierge with Signature. Your card is stored securely at checkout and your plan continues automatically from month 3 at its monthly rate — we'll remind you first, and you can cancel anytime . You always own your domain, email and website either way.
Keep-It-Live
Automated keep-alive — hosting, backups, renewals, all handled.

- Need a change or a fix? On-demand edits and support are available any time, billed ad-hoc at an hourly rate (no monthly edits are included on this plan)
Care
Edits done for you, priority support, your own managed business number.

- Priority support — requests actioned within 2 business days, anything broken within 1
- Content, photo and testimonial updates done for you
- A managed professional phone number — AU business line routed to your mobile, your business name as caller ID, ports out to you if you ever leave
- 1 refresh day per year — a batch update of photos, prices and content; may include up to 2 new pages
- Monthly plain-English health snapshot + health check (broken links, forms, speed)
Care Concierge
Top priority, desktop Office, and a yearly redesign so you never look dated.

- Everything in Care
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard — full desktop Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) on up to 5 devices, for up to 3 mailboxes on your own domain
- 10 small website edits every month
- Top-priority support — same-business-day response on requests, critical issues same day with a call, and a direct priority contact for your jobs
- 2 refresh days per year (each may include content updates + up to 2 new pages)
- An Annual Redesign — once every 12 months we restyle/redesign your existing site so it always looks current; unlocks after 6 continuous months on Concierge; covers your existing pages, brand and content (like-for-like). New functionality, a full rebrand, or e-commerce are quoted separately (Growth).

What each inclusion actually means
No jargon, no fine-print surprises — here's what you're really getting, in plain English.
- Managed hosting, SSL and security
- Your website lives on fast, secure infrastructure and carries the padlock browsers expect. We keep the hosting, certificates and security patches current so you never think about any of it.
- Domain renewed on time
- Your domain stays registered in your name, and we handle the renewal while your plan is active — no surprise expiry emails, no accidentally losing the address your customers know.
- Backups and full restore
- Copies of your site are kept daily. If anything ever breaks — a bad change, a platform issue — we roll it back and put it right.
- Uptime monitoring
- Automated checks watch your site around the clock. If it goes down, we're alerted the moment it happens and start fixing it straight away.
- Business email kept active
- The professional email on your own domain keeps working — licence active, deliverability records (DKIM/SPF/DMARC) maintained so your quotes land in inboxes, not junk. Keep-It-Live and Care include Microsoft 365 Business Basic (1 mailbox); Care Concierge steps up to Business Standard with desktop Office on up to 5 devices, for up to 3 mailboxes.
- Small website edits
- Client-supplied changes — new prices, new hours, a swapped photo, updated wording. Care covers 5 of these a month, Care Concierge covers 10. Send the change, we make it. (Keep-It-Live is automated keep-alive only — edits are quoted ad-hoc.)
- Health snapshot
- A short, plain-English report of how your site is doing — visits, calls, leads, uptime, and the work we've done. Care and Care Concierge get it monthly, plus a hands-on check of links, forms and speed.
- Managed business phone number (Care & Concierge)
- Your own AU business number that forwards to your mobile and shows the business name when it rings — so you always know it's a work call, and your personal mobile stays private. The number is yours: if you ever leave, we port it out on request.
- Refresh days
- A day set aside to batch-update your site: new photos, current prices, fresh content — so it never quietly goes stale. Care includes 1 refresh day a year; Care Concierge includes 2. Each may add up to 2 new pages.
- Annual Redesign (Care Concierge)
- Once every 12 months we restyle your existing site so it always looks current. It unlocks after 6 continuous months on Concierge and covers your existing pages, brand and content like-for-like. New functionality, a full rebrand or e-commerce are quoted separately as Growth.
Your first 2 months of Care, included
Every launch comes with your first 2 months of Care — nothing extra to pay. Essentials and Plus launches get full Care-level service in those two months (a $398 value); Signature launches get Care Concierge-level service (a $658 value). From month 3, your plan continues on the card you saved at checkout — Essentials at $99/month (Keep-It-Live), Plus at $199/month (Care), and Signature at $329/month (Care Concierge).
- We remind you first. You get a reminder before your first charge at month 3 — no silent charges, no surprises.
- Stay, step up, or step down. Essentials and Plus can choose to keep the higher Care level they tasted, or settle into their matched plan. Upgrade anytime; a downgrade applies at the next renewal.
- Cancelling is one email. Care stops whenever you say — no notice, no exit fees, no questions.
- You keep everything either way. Your domain, email and website are in your name — if you cancel, we hand everything over cleanly within 14 days.
What Care does not include
Care is a maintenance plan, not an agency retainer. Being clear about scope keeps it affordable and predictable.
- Ongoing SEO or rankings work
- Google Ads, social media or marketing campaigns
- Ongoing Google Business Profile management
- New functionality, a full rebrand or a major redesign (these are quoted as Growth) — note a like-for-like Annual Redesign IS included on Care Concierge, and refresh days may add a bounded number of new pages
