    Fill out one private form with your business details, services, photos, logo and required approvals.

    Once payment, onboarding, files and required access are complete, your domain, email and website are built.

    Handover and Care.

    You receive your handover pack, access instructions and 12 months of included Care Plan support.

What happens at each step

Step 01

Pick your launch and pay

Choose between Essentials Launch ($2,997) or Plus Launch ($3,997) on the pricing page. Both packages include a domain registered in your business name, a Microsoft 365 mailbox, a mobile-friendly website, a lead form to your inbox, a handover pack, and 12 months of Care. Payment is processed securely online — no deposit-and-quote dance.

Step 02

Complete your onboarding form

Once paid, you get a private link to a single onboarding form. We ask for the essentials only: your legal entity details, your preferred domain, the email prefix you want, your services, your contact phone and lead destination, and a few approval acknowledgements. Most clients complete it in under 30 minutes. You can save and return.

Step 03

We build, you check email

Once payment, questionnaire and any required access are confirmed, your 48-hour build window starts. We register your domain, provision your Microsoft 365 tenant, configure DNS, build your site, set up your lead form, and run through a quality checklist. You get one preview link before go-live to confirm content and contact details.

Step 04

Handover and Year 1 Care begins

On launch day you receive a handover pack with every login, every recovery code, every renewal date, and a plain-English explanation of what each piece does. Year 1 Care begins immediately — that covers small monthly updates, technical maintenance, and any issues with your domain, email or hosting.

What we need from you upfront

  • Legal business name and ABN.
  • Preferred domain (and a backup or two).
  • Email address prefix you want (e.g. hello@, info@, your-name@).
  • What your business does and where you operate.
  • A phone number, lead destination email, and at least one service.
  • Acknowledgement of our service agreement and the Microsoft customer agreement.

What can extend the 48-hour window

  • Domain access not yet granted to us (for clients with an existing domain).
  • Onboarding form submitted but missing required acknowledgements.
  • Logo or photos requested but not yet supplied.
  • Google verification (controlled by Google, not us).
  • Domain registry delays during peak processing.

48 hours. Or 100% refunded.

If we miss the 48-hour window after payment, onboarding and required access are complete, we refund your fee in full. No questions asked.
